Pharaoh's Temple is Going Up

In Ms. Eli's group we made a puzzle.  It was in the shape of an Egyptian temple.  First, we put the pieces on the shape without glue.  Afterwards, Ms. Eli gave us the glue and we glued the pieces of the puzzle.

Ancient Egypt

In Ms. Larissa's group we made a poster on Ancient Egypt.  First, we looked at pictures of Ancient Egypt and talked about what we saw.  Then we picked a picture to color and to put on the poster.  Then, we cut pieces of paper to make the Nile and spread glue and glitter to make the desert.  When the Nile and the desert were done we glued our pictures on the poster.  Our posters came out really nice!!

Egyptian Patterns

With Ms. Munne we made patterns on the flannelboard.  We could choose from pyramids, camels, Pharaoh's Crook and crocodiles.  We created our pattern and then we had to repeat it.  After we had done our patterns on the flannelboard, we did the same thing with the paper cut-outs: we created a pattern and repeated it.
