Long and Short Sorting

We talked about Rapunzel's long and short hair.
We also sorted the long and short pencil.
Where does the short hair go, Harry?
There was a long and short window.
I can't reach them, Ms. Larissa!
 Hummm, let me see...
I need lots of glue for the long hair!
Which one is long and which one is short?
 Show me the long one.
 Here, long with long!
We glued everything all by ourselves!
Very concentrated on her work!

Counting the Vegetables in the Witch's Garden

 We counted the vegetables...
 Maria Luiza likes the tomatoes...
 Everyone got his turn...
Bia was carefully counting the carrots...

 These go together...
There was 1 pumpkin in the garden...
 I like the pumpkin...
 I'm ready to start counting...
 One, two, three...
 I'm done!
 I better count again...

After counting the toy vegetables we glued the paper cut-outs under the correct number.
Ms. Munne helped us count the vegetables again.

G-3 Spring Festival

We put on our costumes and Ms. Munne took pictures.
We're ready to sing, Ms. Munne!
 Say cheese, please!
 Let's go!!!!!
Getting ready to go onto the stage.
 Raindrops ready?
 Suns ready too?
 Raindrops on the stage...
 Snowflakes...
 And sunbeams...
At 8:30 we watched the gardener plant a tree.
 Singing very nicely...
 Is mommy watching me?
Snowflakes did a fantastic job!!

Bia Gomes watered the tree with her new watering can.
What a lovely raindrop!

Rapunzel's Tower

Ms. Eli wrote our names on the back of the paper.
We chose the color of the tower.
Some people chose brown, others chose red.
 We both like red!
The tower is brown I'm putting lots of brown!
Careful, careful try to stay inside the lines.
I painted my tower red.

If All The Raindrops
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaUWLQ052HY&feature=related

If All the Raindrops
If all the raindrops were lemon drops and gumdrops,
Oh what a rain that would be.
Standing outside with my mouth open wide
Ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh.
If all the raindrops were lemon drops and gumdrops,
Oh what a rain that would be.
If all the snowflakes were candy bars and milkshakes,
Oh what a snow that would be.
Standing outside with my mouth open wide
Ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh.
If all the snowflakes were candy bars and milkshakes,
Oh what a snow that would be.
If all the sun beams were bubble gum and ice cream?
Oh what a sun that would be.
Standing outside with my mouth open wide
Ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh.
If all the sun beams were bubble gum and ice cream,
Oh what a sun that would be.

The Rain Song

Rain Drop Song
First a little drop of rain hit the ground
Then another drop of rain hit the ground
Then another and another
And another and another
And pretty soon we heard a different sound.
Chuuuuuuuuuuuuu (rain noise)

Way Up High in the Apple Tree

Way Up High in the Apple Tree
Way up high in the apple tree
Two round apples were looking down at me
So I shook that tree as hard as I could
Down came the apples and hummm were they good.

Way up high in the banana tree
One long banana was looking down at me
So I shook that tree as hard as I could
Down came the banana and hummm was it good.

Way up high in the cherry tree
Two little cherries were looking down at me
So I shook that tree as hard as I could
Down came the cherries and hummm were they good.

Way up high in the mango tree
One beautiful mango was looking down at me
So I shook that tree as hard as I could
Down came the mango and hummm was it good.

Way up high in the pickle tree
One big pickle was looking down at me
So I shook that tree as hard as I could
Down came the mango and hummm was it good.
