Easter Egg Hunt

Also on Wednesday, we had an Easter Egg Hunt.  The Easter Bunny left some chocolate eggs for us!  We had lots of fun looking for them in the classroom!

Dyeing Easter Eggs

On Wednesday we also dyed our hard boiled eggs in beautiful Eater Colors!

Buuny Ears

On Wednesday, before the Easter Holiday, we colored and put cotton on the bunny ears.

Dinosaur Eggs

We made dinosaurs eggs with play dough and an egg mold.  We pressed the play dough into the mold.  Afterwards, we colored and cut a baby dinosaur to put in the egg.

Dinosaurs Came From Eggs

During Easter Week, Ms. Munne talked about dinosaurs and how they were reptiles and were born from eggs.  We saw many different kinds of dinosaurs and talked about how they lived, how they grew and what they ate.  We then picked a baby dinosaur we liked; they babies were inside the eggs. We colored the dinosaurs, cut the egg shapes and then glued them on the paper in order of smallest to biggest.

Little Bunny Foo Foo

During Easter Week we role played the song Little Bunny Foo Foo during circle time.  Little Bunny Foo Foo hopping through the forest, scooping up the field mice and bumping them on the head.  Down came the Good Fairy and she said, "Little Bunny Foo Foo I don't want to see you scooping up the field mice and bopping 'em on the head.  I'll give you 3 chances and if you don't obey me, I'll turn you into a goon"  Next day, Little Bunny Foo, Foo hopping through the forest...
